P K Communication

Our place, P K Communication, is located at 45-A in Nangli Raza Pur, Najafgarh. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but it’s a good area to be in. We focus on communication services, which mostly means helping people with their mobile phones and data plans. The shop isn’t very large, so we have to use the wall space for all the cables and accessories we stock. Najafgarh is a growing place, and we see new people moving in all the time. Most of our day is spent behind the desk, typing things into the computer or fixing a phone screen. We get a lot of people coming in for basic repairs or to buy a second-hand phone. It’s a simple business without any big corporate rules. We just open up in the morning and see who comes through the door. Sometimes we have to deal with grumpy customers or broken equipment that won't cooperate. We have a small bench in the back where we do the more technical work. It’s often a bit messy with wires and soldering irons lying around. We’ve been at this location for a while and have become a regular stop for folks in Nangli Raza Pur. We don’t make a big deal out of things, we just do the work and close up when the sun goes down. There is usually some music playing on the radio to keep us going through the slower hours.
