Physio & Rehablitation Clinic

Our physio clinic is over at 7/10 South Patel Nagar, and we are located right by Nijara Hospital. It’s a busy part of Delhi, near Deep Chand Marg, so there is always a lot of traffic and people around. We have a space set up with various tables and equipment that we use for physical therapy. Most of our day is spent working with people who are trying to get their strength back or recover from some kind of injury. It’s a very hands-on environment, and the clinic can get a bit loud with all the activity going on. We aren’t a big, polished medical center; it’s more of a local spot where the work is the main focus. We see everyone from people who have had surgery to those who just have a bad back from sitting too much. The clinic is practical and straightforward. We spend a lot of time showing patients how to do their exercises properly so they can keep working on them at home. Since we are near Nijara Hospital, we get a lot of people coming over from there as well. The staff is small but we stay busy from morning until evening. It’s the kind of place where you just come in, do your exercises, and get on with your day. We’ve been here in South Patel Nagar for a while and feel like a regular part of the neighborhood.
