Pappan Estate

Pappan Estate is tucked away in Gali No 12 of Ramgarh Colony. The full address is Wz 89, right here in Moti Nagar, New Delhi 110015. It’s a narrow street, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you’re driving a big car. We deal with local property stuff. Most of our day is spent talking to people about houses or shops nearby. It’s a bit of a messy office with papers everywhere. I have a small fan that runs all day to keep the heat off. We don’t have a website or anything like that. People just know where Wz 89 is and they walk in. The neighborhood is lively, always someone shouting or a bike passing by. We’ve been in this part of Moti Nagar for quite a while. We know who lives where and which buildings are coming up. It’s not a polished business. We just have a few chairs and a table where we look at maps and papers. Sometimes we go out to show a place, so the shop might be closed for an hour. There’s a tea stall at the corner that we go to often. It’s just a normal, everyday business for this part of Delhi. Nothing too complicated about it. We just help people find a spot to stay or work. If the door is locked, we are usually just five minutes away showing a property or grabbing a quick snack.
