We’re tucked away in this part of the city, right near where things get a bit confusing with the state borders. It’s a busy spot, and the street outside is always full of people, cars, and rickshaws making a lot of noise. Our office is just a plain room where we handle everything from start to finish. It’s often a bit cramped with all the boxes and files we have lying around in corners. We don’t really have a professional cleaning crew that comes in every night, so things can get a little dusty if we aren't careful. We just handle the day-to-day stuff as it comes. There isn't a lot of planning for the far future; we just look at what needs to be done today. The power goes out sometimes, and we all just wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just part of the routine here. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that’s about as fancy as our break room gets. The team here is small, and we’ve been working together for a long time now. We don’t really use big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. It’s just about making sure the work is finished so we can all head home. Sangam Vihar is a loud place, but once you’re inside, we just focus on the tasks.
