NIKOS ADVISORY (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

Nikos Advisory (OPC) Private Limited is located in Sector 19, Dwarka. We operate out of Flat 553 in the Akshardham Apartments, which is in Pocket-3. Since this is an (OPC) or One Person Company, it’s a small-scale operation, and using the flat as an office makes the most sense. It’s a modest space on one of the upper floors, and it gives a good view of the other apartment blocks nearby. The room where I do most of the advisory work is filled with books, a sturdy desk, and a couple of computers. It’s not a polished corporate suite, but it’s a very functional place to work. The Akshardham complex is pretty typical for Dwarka, with families living all around and kids playing in the common areas. It can get a bit noisy in the evenings, but during the workday, it’s mostly just the sound of the ceiling fan and the keyboard. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a while, so I’m used to the way things go here. There’s no big reception area or fancy meeting rooms. If someone needs to talk, we just sit at the main table. I keep a stack of files on the side and a calendar on the wall to keep track of everything. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense setup. I like that I don't have to commute far and that I can just focus on the advisory tasks at hand in a comfortable environment. It gets the job done without any unnecessary stress or fancy overhead costs.
