We are at House No 165 in the Kakrola Housing Complex, right near Kakrola Mor. It’s in the New Delhi 59 area. Our office is actually part of the housing complex which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a workplace. Nexgen Consultancy Pvt Ltd is a small setup. We don't have a big neon sign or anything flashy. It's just a regular door that opens into our workspace. Inside we have our computers and all the files we need for our consulting work. It gets a bit hectic sometimes when the phones start ringing all at once. The housing complex is usually busy with kids playing and people going about their business. We like it here because it’s not as cold as those big business parks. We know the security guards and the other residents. Most of our day is spent helping people navigate through different types of paperwork and processes. It’s not very glamorous work but it’s important to the people who come to us. We keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of jargon. If something takes a few days we say so. We don't make big promises we can't keep. It's just a small local team trying to do things the right way. Some days we stay late to finish up, but that’s just how it is when you’re running your own show.
