Our place is at building number 27/4 on the ground floor in Tilak Nagar. We are tucked away behind the McDonalds, which is usually how people find us. If you’re using the metro, we are very close to Gate Number 3 of the Tilak Nagar station. This part of Delhi is always bustling with shoppers and traffic, so it’s a lively spot to be in. Our office is quite small and a bit crowded with equipment. Since we deal with networking and computers, there are usually some wires and hardware pieces sitting on the desks. It’s definitely not a shiny corporate office. It’s more of a practical workspace where we get things done. We have a couple of old fans that keep the air moving, and the lighting is just basic fluorescent bulbs. Most of our day is spent at the computers or helping people who walk in with technical questions. We don’t have a big staff, so things can get a bit hectic if a few people show up at once. We’ve been in Tilak Nagar for quite a while and most of the neighboring shopkeepers know us. It’s a very grounded, local business. We don’t put on any airs or use fancy language. It’s just a simple room where we work on tech stuff every day. There’s always some noise from the street, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi.
