We are located on Pusa Road in Model Town, right where there is always a lot of movement. The office is up a flight of stairs and it overlooks the main road. It can get pretty loud with all the horns honking, but we have gotten used to the background noise. Inside, there are several desks cluttered with papers, folders, and old newspapers. We spend our days consulting on property and investment matters for people in North Delhi. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find marble floors or expensive art. We have some basic wooden furniture and a water dispenser in the corner. Model Town is a busy hub, so we get a variety of people walking in. Some are looking to buy their first shop, while others want to lease out a large house. We spend a lot of time looking at numbers and going over the small print in contracts. Sometimes the air conditioner struggles to keep up with the Delhi heat, but we make do. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just try to provide decent advice based on what we see in the market every day. It’s a lot of phone calls and meeting people for lunch to discuss their plans. We’ve been here for years and the office has become a second home to us. It gets busy, but we wouldn't have it any other way.
