Monoceros Consultancy Private Limited is run out of Flat No-216 in the Paradies Apartment complex. We are located at Plot No-1 in Sector-9, Dwarka. Using a flat as an office is common around here, and it suits our consultancy work just fine. It gives us a bit of peace and quiet away from the main roads. The apartment itself is a standard size, and we’ve set up our desks in what used to be the living area. It’s a bit of a DIY setup with some mismatched furniture we’ve collected over time. We aren't worried about looking like a big corporation; we just want a place where we can think and work on our client projects. The CGHS building is well-maintained, but it definitely has that local, residential feel. We know the security guards at the gate and some of the neighbors who live on our floor. It makes for a friendly atmosphere. We spend most of the day on our laptops, and we have a small table for when we need to sit together and talk about a project. Sometimes the balcony is the best place to take a phone call if the weather is nice. We keep things low-key and practical. We don't have any fancy brochures or big displays. It’s just us, our computers, and a lot of work to get through. Being in Sector-9 is handy because the metro is close by for when we have to travel for meetings. We enjoy the local food stalls nearby too.
