You can find Modern Innovative Business Privatelimited at House No. 12 in Block-F of Bali Nagar. We are up on the second floor. It’s a residential block, so it feels a lot more personal than working in a big commercial park. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve made the space our own. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or a coffee bar. It’s just a regular floor in a house where we get our work done. We have a few rooms set up with our desks and computers. The stairs can be a bit steep, but we don't mind the exercise. Bali Nagar is a decent area to be in. It’s got a bit of a quiet feel compared to the main roads. We like the fact that we can just focus on our tasks without too many distractions. There’s no big sign outside, just our address. We don't really go for big marketing pushes or anything like that. We just rely on doing things right and staying busy. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how each other works. It’s a friendly atmosphere inside. We usually have tea in the afternoon and talk about things other than work for a bit. It’s a simple, everyday kind of business. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to run our business properly from this second-floor spot in F-Block every single day.
