Mahavira Apparels Private Limited

Our place is located at H No. 44, Kh No.74/19 in Laxmi Park, Nangloi. It’s out in the 110041 area of Delhi. The building is a simple structure and we’re on the second floor. Nangloi is a busy place with a lot of small businesses like ours. We’ve been working at Mahavira Apparels for quite a while. It’s a straight-forward clothing operation. We have the cutting tables set up on one side and the stitching area on the other. It's nothing fancy, just white walls and lots of bright lights so we can see what we’re doing. The floor is usually covered in bits of thread and cloth by the end of the day. We have a guy who comes to sweep up every morning before we start. The commute for some of us is a bit long, but the work is steady. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out over lunch. We usually bring our own tiffin and sit together. It’s a very basic way to run a business but it works for us. We focus on the daily tasks and don't worry too much about the big corporate stuff. If the machines are running and the orders are moving, we’re happy.
