Lajja

We are based at 457 Bhera Enclave, right near the GH-14 Chowk in Paschim Vihar. It’s a busy intersection and there is always a lot of traffic passing by our front door. The area is a mix of people living their lives and small businesses like ours trying to keep things moving. We handle a variety of tasks throughout the day, mostly centered around the goods we sell. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack the inventory. Sometimes it feels like we are playing a game of Tetris with all the boxes. We don't have any big corporate goals or fancy speeches to give. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and start going through the orders that came in. My family helps out quite a bit, so there is usually a cousin or an uncle around to help lift the heavier stuff. We know most of the neighbors and the people who run the stalls at the chowk. It’s a friendly enough place once you get used to the noise of the horns outside. We just try to be honest about what we have in stock and how long it will take to get things ready for the customers. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s how we’ve always done it since we started.
