Kumar Organic Products Ltd.

Our place, Kumar Organic Products Ltd., is located at No. 36 on Road No. 3 within the Jiganj Industrial Area. It’s out in Anekal Taluk, so it’s a bit of a drive for some, but it’s where all the action happens for us. We’ve got a decent-sized facility here where we handle a lot of organic processing. It’s dusty and loud most of the time, but that’s just how a factory is. We spend our days watching the gauges and making sure the chemicals are reacting the way they’re supposed to. It’s a lot of responsibility because these things have to be done just right. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time, and we’ve seen the industrial area grow around us. We aren't some big shiny company; we’re just people who know how to handle organic materials and keep the production line moving. Most of the staff live nearby, so we’re a pretty tight-knit group. We don’t have a lot of meetings or corporate talk; we just talk about what needs to get done today. The weather in Anekal can get pretty hot, which makes the factory floor even warmer, but we’re used to it. We just focus on getting the barrels filled and loaded onto the trucks. It’s honest work and we take it seriously without making a big fuss about it. There's always something to fix or clean, but that's just part of the job.
