Karo Chem is based over in Paschim Vihar. We are at M-190 in Guru Harkishan Nagar. It’s actually a pretty nice area. It doesn't feel like a heavy industrial zone at all. Our office is in a spot that feels more like a neighborhood. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time so we’re more like a small family than coworkers. The office itself is simple. We have a few computers and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. There’s a small garden area near the entrance that we try to keep tidy, though the plants don't always cooperate. It’s a quiet place to work compared to the main roads. You can hear the birds sometimes and the occasional street vendor passing by. We like the pace here. It allows us to focus on what we’re doing without too much distraction. We handle all our business from this single location. It’s not a massive operation with different departments. Everyone knows what everyone else is doing. If the phone rings and someone is busy, someone else just picks it up. That’s how we’ve always done it at M-190. It’s a straightforward way to run a company. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to get the work done and make sure everything is handled correctly.
