You can find us over in Paschim Vihar, specifically at A-4/564 on the ground floor. We are quite close to Kulkarni Hospital, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for the place for the first time. Running Shohan Chemical from here is pretty straightforward. It’s a residential-style building but we use the ground floor for our business operations. It's a bit cramped in here with all the drums and containers stacked up, but we manage to make it work. I spend most of my time checking the inventory and talking to our regular customers. Some of them have been buying their chemicals from us for over a decade now. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, but the main road nearby stays very busy. We try to keep our entrance area tidy so we don't get any complaints from the people living in the flats upstairs. It’s a family-run thing mostly. My nephew helps out with the local deliveries on his scooter when he's not in class. We don't have a big website or anyone to manage social media for us. Most people just call our landline or drop by the office. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors when things are slow. It’s a fairly relaxed atmosphere, even when we have a lot of orders to pack up and ship out. The winters here in Delhi are cold, so we keep a small heater under the desk. We just focus on the daily tasks.
