You can find Katalystcs - Agents of Change Consulting Private Limited over at Aditya Complex. We’re in Shop No. 109, which is on Plot No. 4 in South West Delhi. It’s a standard commercial complex, nothing too flashy, but it serves us well for the consulting work we do. Being on the ground floor area makes it easy to just walk in and out without dealing with long elevator waits. We’ve got our office set up with the basic things: desks, a couple of old filing cabinets, and our computers. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. The area around Aditya Complex gets pretty busy during the day, so there’s always a bit of noise from the street. We’re just regular people trying to help other businesses figure things out. We don’t spend much on fancy furniture because we’d rather just focus on the projects we have on our plates. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, but we manage to get things sent off eventually. Dwarka is a good place to be based because it’s connected to the rest of the city well enough. We’ve been at this shop for a while now and the neighbors are mostly other small businesses like ours. It’s a straightforward environment. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee when the afternoons get long. It’s just a normal workplace where we get our consulting tasks finished and go home.
