My place is at 7/68 in Subhash Nagar, New Delhi. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so it made sense to just start working from here too. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood—busy, a bit noisy, and full of life. My setup is nothing fancy at all. I have a room that I’ve turned into an office area with a couple of chairs and a sturdy table. Most of the time, I’m just here by myself, dealing with the daily grind of running a small business. People from the neighborhood often drop by if they have a question or need some help with something. I don’t have a website with lots of bells and whistles or a big marketing budget. Most people find out about me because they saw my name or heard it from a neighbor. I think that’s a better way to do things anyway. It builds a bit of trust when you actually know the person you’re dealing with. I try to keep things straightforward. If I can do a job, I’ll say so, and if I can’t, I won’t waste your time. Dealing with the traffic in New Delhi-27 can be a headache, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit calmer. I spend my days sorting through requests and making sure everything is in order. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and I’m glad to be doing it here.
