You can find us at Shop No-15 in Kuncha Natwa, which is over in the Punjabi Bagh area. United Western isn't a big corporation or anything like that. We are just a small shop tucked away. Most people who come to us are locals who know the street well. Kuncha Natwa can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't from around here, but it's got a lot of character. We spend our days mostly handling the daily chores of running a business. There is always something to clean or an inventory list to check. We don't have a team of writers making us sound better than we are. We are just people who show up every morning and do the work. The shop is small and we use every inch of it. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just try to get through the day's tasks without too many problems. Sometimes things go wrong, like a late delivery or a leaky pipe, and we just fix it and keep going. That’s how it is for most small businesses in Delhi. We like being in Punjabi Bagh. It’s a good place to be. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners nearby and we all help each other out when we can. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
