You can find us in Chanakaya Place, Part-II, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area in West Delhi. We are located on the third floor of Plot No. 32 in Block S. There isn't an elevator, so we all get a bit of exercise walking up the stairs every day. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the industrial zones, but there are still plenty of small businesses like ours tucked away in different buildings. We focus on fashion, so our space is filled with cutting tables, sewing kits, and piles of different materials. The third floor gets quite a bit of sunlight, which is nice, but it also means it gets pretty warm in the summer months. We have a few fans going all the time to keep the air moving. It’s a modest setup. We don’t have any polished showrooms or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do the actual work. We know the neighbors, and sometimes we stop to chat with the people living on the lower floors. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when we have a lot of stock, but we manage. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of the machines and the radio playing in the background. We stay busy with the orders and just try to make sure everything is done right before it goes out to the people waiting for it.
