Jaypee Group is over here at C 169 E in Jeewan Park. If you know Uttam Nagar, you know it gets pretty crowded around here. We've been in this spot for a while now. Most days just start with unlocking the gate and getting the fans going before it gets too hot. It’s a basic setup, nothing fancy. The building is tucked away a bit in the lane, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. We spend most of our time just getting through the paperwork and answering calls. Some of the staff have been here for years, so we all know where everything is kept. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually get our mid-morning fix. It's not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where we show up and do the work. The neighborhood is lively, lots of families and small shops nearby. Sometimes it gets noisy with the street vendors passing by, but we’re used to it. We keep our files organized, or at least we try to. Most of the furniture has seen better days, but it does the job. We don’t really do big meetings here; it’s more about the daily grind. Just a local office in New Delhi trying to stay on top of things. It works for us.
