Indulgenze Bakes & Diets (Opc) Private Limited

We are based at House No. B-1/164 in the Vishnu Garden Extension in West Delhi. Indulgenze Bakes & Diets (Opc) Private Limited is our name, and it’s a bit long, but we wanted to show we do both regular baking and diet-specific stuff. It’s a hard balance to get right. Since we are in a house, the whole business feels very personal. We aren't a big factory in some industrial zone. When you come here, you are basically coming to our home. The kitchen is busy from the time we wake up until late at night. We have to be really careful with the ingredients because diet food is easy to mess up. We don’t have any money for big ads or marketing. Most of our customers heard about us from someone else in the neighborhood. Vishnu Garden is a very crowded area, and the streets are quite narrow. Sometimes getting our supplies delivered is a real challenge because of the traffic. We do most of the work ourselves, from mixing the batter to scrubbing the pans at the end of the day. It isn't a glamorous life. Your hair and clothes always smell like bread or sugar. But we like the independence of it. We don’t have to answer to a boss. We just focus on the daily orders. It’s a simple way to work, and we just take things as they come.
