Our place is called Hipco House, and we are located at 487/20 in Peera Garhi. Most people who come to see us just look for the big ice factory across the road because it is a lot easier to find than our actual house number. We have been operating as Hipco Industrial Products Pvt. Ltd. for quite some time. Peera Garhi is a very crowded area of Delhi, and the traffic is usually a bit of a nightmare, but we are used to it by now. The building is an older one, but it is sturdy and gives us enough room for our industrial work. We have the production stuff happening on the main floor and some space for the books upstairs. It is not a polished corporate office. You will see boxes piled up and people moving back and forth all day. We do not really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make industrial products and try to get them to our customers without too much fuss. In the summer, it gets incredibly hot, and in the monsoon, the street gets a bit flooded, but the work never really stops. We have a small crew that has been with us for a long time. We do not bother with big ads or anything like that because word of mouth in this area works much better for us anyway.
