Heal & Relief Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic

We've been at Plot Number 2 B on Khasra Number 729/1/2 for a while now. It's a busy spot near P P Number 779. People usually come in when they've hurt their back or maybe twisted an ankle playing sports. The clinic isn't fancy. It’s mostly just us doing what we know how to do with the equipment we have. We see a lot of folks from around the area who just want to move better again. Sometimes the day gets really long. We deal with all sorts of rehab cases here. Most people find us through word of mouth because their neighbor came in after a surgery. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the exercises that actually work. It’s not always easy work, and some days are louder than others when the clinic is full. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if I’m being honest. We spend most of our time helping people get back on their feet instead of worrying about how the waiting room looks. We handle a mix of chronic pain and sudden injuries. It's just a regular place where we get to work every morning. There isn't a huge team here, just a few of us who know the regulars. We know which chair someone likes to sit in.
