We’ve been at this spot in Tagore Garden Extension for a good while now. It’s a first-floor space at E-73, so people sometimes walk past the stairs before they actually see us. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to stay on top of the engineering work that comes through the door every morning. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of paper and tools lying around on the benches. Most of our days are spent looking at drawings or figuring out why a certain part isn't fitting right for a job. It can get a bit loud when the fans are going or when everyone is talking at once, but that's just how it is here. Tagore Garden is a busy area, so there’s always some kind of noise happening outside the window. We mostly just keep our heads down and get the tasks finished. It’s not always pretty work, and sometimes things take longer than we’d like because of a small mistake here or there. But we fix it and move on. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need something sorted out. We drink a lot of tea while we work and try to keep the place organized, though the files usually end up in piles by Friday afternoon. It’s just a normal workplace with people who have been doing this for years. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing the jobs we get.
