Gupta Dairy Farm

Our place, Gupta Dairy Farm, is tucked away at Plot No. I-252 in the Karampura area. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, but we are up and moving long before most people have even had their tea. The mornings are the busiest time for us. Everything is about the cows and the milk. You can hear the sounds of the farm starting up while it's still dark outside. We’ve been here in Karampura for a long time, and the neighborhood has changed around us, but we just keep doing what we’ve always done. The yard can get a bit muddy when it rains, and there’s always work to do, whether it’s feeding or cleaning up. It’s not the kind of job where you ever really get a day off because the animals don’t know what a holiday is. We keep things simple at Plot I-252. There isn't a lot of modern technology here; it's mostly just manual labor and looking after the livestock. People from nearby often stop by, and we’ve gotten to know the families around here pretty well over the years. We take pride in just being a local farm that's part of the community. It’s a messy, honest kind of life, and we are quite used to the smell of hay and the routine of the dairy. It is just the way we have worked for years in this little corner.
