Our place is over in Ajay Enclave. If you’ve ever walked around there, you might have passed by Fashionite Impex Pvt Ltd without noticing much. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works for what we do. We mainly deal with imports and exports, which sounds a lot more glamorous than it actually is. Most days are spent on the phone or staring at shipping manifests and garment specs. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some sample racks, and a lot of coffee mugs. We’ve been running things from here for a few years now, and the neighbors know us well enough. It gets a bit cramped when new samples come in and we have to find space for everything. We don't have a big marketing department or a polished website. It’s just a small team of us trying to get the orders right and making sure the quality is what it should be. Sometimes the internet goes out or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s not a perfect system, but we get the job done. Ajay Enclave is a decent area to work in, even if parking is a bit of a nightmare during the middle of the day. We’re usually here until late making sure the emails are answered and the shipments are tracked. It’s just a regular office filled with regular people working hard to keep things moving.
