Ess Aar Associates

We are located at 608 Vikaspuri Site 1, right opposite A Block. The name of our group is Ess Aar Associates. It’s a fairly standard office setup in a busy part of Delhi. We’ve been operating out of this room for quite a while now. The view outside the window is mostly just the street and the other buildings in the block. We spend our time doing associate work, which involves a lot of meetings and even more paperwork than you would imagine. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but it’s what we do. The office is a bit cluttered with folders and old files stacked on the shelves, but we know where everything is. We don't have any corporate decorators coming in to make the place look trendy. It’s just us, some wooden desks, and a few fans that hum all day long. The weather in Vikaspuri can be quite something, especially in the winter and the height of summer when it gets really dry. We just push through it and keep working. We usually get our lunch from the local shops nearby. It’s a very local vibe around here. We don't make big promises or use fancy language. We just show up every morning and get through the tasks on our desks. Sometimes clients come in and we sit and talk for hours over several cups of tea. It’s a steady rhythm that works for us. We've been here a long time.
