Our office is over at C-303 in Upkari Apartment, which is on Plot No. 9 in Sector 12, Dwarka. It’s a residential complex, so the atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a big commercial tower. We’ve set up our workspace in one of the three-bedroom flats. One room is for the computers, another is where we store our records, and the third is usually where we sit down to talk about what needs doing. The kitchen still has the old cabinets, and we use them to store our office supplies like paper and ink. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have more than a few people in here, but we make it work. The balcony is a nice place to stand for a minute when we need a break from the screens. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy lighting. Just some plain desks and a few fans that hum along all day. It’s an honest sort of place. We’ve got a lot of books and binders everywhere because we deal with a lot of information. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s a good spot for us because it’s quiet enough to focus but close enough to the main road that it’s not hard to find. We just do our work here and don't worry about looking like a big corporation.
