Delhi Engineering Works

You can find Delhi Engineering Works over at B-19 in the Metro Bazar in Nangloi. This area is known for being crowded and full of life. Metro Bazar is a busy spot with all kinds of shops crammed together. Our shop, B-19, is where we do all our engineering tasks. It’s a workshop style of place, so there’s usually the sound of tools and machines running. Nangloi is a tough, hardworking part of the city, and we fit right in. The shop floor is often covered in small metal scraps or oil, which is just part of the job. We have been operating out of this Metro Bazar location for quite a bit. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where we get the real work done. Customers come in with various parts that need fixing or fabrication. We don’t have a receptionist; usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a tool at that moment. The street outside is always filled with rickshaws and people moving goods. It gets loud and sometimes it’s hard to hear each other, but we make it work. We are part of the local market here in Nangloi. It’s a basic, functional space meant for engineering and nothing else. We don’t go for anything fancy because the work we do is practical and hands-on. Every day brings a different mechanical problem to solve. We just open up the shop, get the machines started, and see what the day brings our way.
