Colead Llp

Colead Llp is set up on the Second Floor of A 1, 2C in Chanakya Place. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs every morning, but it keeps us moving. Chanakya Place is a busy area with a lot of different things going on at once. Our office is just a regular room with some basic stuff. We’ve got a couple of computers that are a few years old and some filing cabinets that are usually overflowing. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a showroom. It’s a working office where things actually get done. We don’t have a big team, so it stays fairly quiet most of the time unless we are all on the phone at once. The light coming through the window on the second floor is nice in the afternoons, though it can get a bit hot in the summer. We just use a few fans to keep the air moving. People around here are mostly just focused on their own business, which suits us just fine. We have our routine of starting early and staying until the work is finished. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just stay at our desks and handle the requirements as they come in. It’s a steady pace and we are happy with the way things are going in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and get on with it.
