Cake Unbox Private Limited

You can find us at Mahavir Enclave Part-2, specifically on Gali Number 28. Our place is in House Number B310C on the first floor. We also have some space in Khasra Number 116/14. We are all about cakes, as you might guess from the name. Working out of Mahavir Enclave means we are surrounded by families and local houses, which is a nice environment for a cake business. The first floor gets quite a bit of sun, so we have to be careful about keeping things cool and making sure the ingredients don't spoil. We aren't some big industrial bakery with hundreds of employees. It is just us doing our thing and making sure the cakes get boxed up and sent out properly to whoever ordered them. The street outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but otherwise, it is a decent place to be. We have been here for a while and have figured out the best way to manage our small kitchen and storage area. There is a lot of hand-washing and cleaning surfaces because that is just part of working with food. We don't really do any big advertising. Most people just find out about us because we are here in the neighborhood. It is a simple life of baking and boxing, and we enjoy the rhythm of it. We just try to keep things honest and do our best.
