We've been over here on Rama Road in Kirti Nagar for a while now. Most people know us as Bookmyflat.Net. Finding a place to live or an office space in a busy area like this isn't exactly a walk in the park, so we try to help out where we can. The industrial area around 33 & 33A is usually buzzing with people looking for spots to set up shop or move their families into. We spend a lot of our time looking at different properties and talking to landlords who have things available. It's mostly just us answering phones and checking out floor plans to see what works for who. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy but that is just how it goes in this business. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It's just a regular office where we keep track of what's available in the neighborhood. If someone needs a flat or a commercial space, they usually just drop by or give us a ring on the phone. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. There is always something moving, someone leaving, or a new place opening up. We just keep our lists updated and try to match people with whatever is on the market at the time. It is straightforward work, really. Nothing too complicated, just keeping the keys and the addresses straight for everyone who comes through the door. We stay busy enough just keeping up with the daily changes in the local property market.
