Bodyfocus Physiotherapy Clinic

Bodyfocus Physiotherapy Clinic is over at M-19 in Gali No 2. You can find us tucked away in New Mahavir Nagar. It is pretty easy to locate since the clinic is quite near the Janakpuri East Metro Station. Walking from the station takes maybe ten minutes or so. The space itself is not very large. A few rooms with tables and some basic gear for exercises make up most of the clinic. Many people from around Tilak Nagar come in because they have hurt their backs or shoulders. Sometimes the street outside gets a bit crowded with bikes and people, but once you are inside, it is okay. Our staff is small. It is just a few of us working here every day. No fancy talk is used here, and we don't try to sell you things you don't need. If something hurts, we look at it and try to help you move better. Some days it is very busy and the waiting area gets full, while other days are quite slow. We just take it as it comes. The walls are a bit plain and we don't have any big posters. It is just a practical place for people to get their physio done without any fuss. Having been in this part of Delhi for a while now, most of the locals know where to go. We aren't trying to be the biggest clinic in the city, just a helpful one for the street.
