Bains Fashion Private Limited

Bains Fashion Private Limited is based out of Madipur Village, specifically at WZ-156/8 on the first floor. Madipur has a lot of history with small-scale industries, and we’re proud to be part of that. Our workspace isn't a showroom. It’s more of a workshop where we actually make the things we sell. There are sewing machines humming most of the day and stacks of material everywhere you look. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the building is old, but it’s sturdy. We prefer being here rather than in some expensive office park because it keeps our costs down and keeps us close to the people who actually know how to sew and cut fabric. The first floor gets decent light, which helps with the detailed work. We aren't big on titles or formal meetings. Usually, we just sit around a table and figure out the plan for the week. The neighborhood is tight-knit, and everyone knows everyone. Sometimes we have tea with the shopkeeper downstairs while waiting for a delivery. It’s a very human way to run a business. We don't try to polish our image for the internet. We just want to make sure the clothes we produce are decent and our customers are satisfied. That’s the reality of working in a place like Madipur Village.
