We are located on the third floor at A 3/42 in Block A3, over in Paschim Vihar. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but we don't mind it too much. Ava Business Consulting And Risk Management Llp has been based in this spot for a while. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which can be interesting when the market gets busy. We usually take turns getting snacks from the shops downstairs. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We just take things as they come and try to be as practical as possible. Our day usually starts with checking emails and figuring out what needs to be finished by the evening. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just expect everyone to do their part and be decent to each other while we manage whatever risks come our way.
