It’s a lot of phone calls and spreadsheets. Downstairs it’s all retail and people rushing around, but up here we just try to keep things organized. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, so you learn to be patient. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where we talk about the weekend. It feels like a regular office, not one of those places where everyone is pretending to be something they aren't. We deal with the supply chain and make sure the sites have what they need. It gets busy during the construction season, and then we’re all glued to our desks for hours. We don’t have big speeches about what we do. We just make sure the numbers match and the orders go out.
