Birla Corp

So, we are located over at Sunder Apartments in Paschim Vihar. It’s right on the Outer Ring Road in New Delhi, which means the traffic outside is almost always loud. Being in an apartment complex makes it feel less like a big corporate office and more like a home, which we actually prefer. We manage some of the Birla Corp operations from here, mostly focusing on the Delhi side of things. It’s a lot of sitting at the computer and talking to drivers or distributors. Getting in and out of the gate can be a hassle because of the security, but once you’re inside, it’s actually pretty quiet. We have a small kitchen where we make coffee, and that's usually where most of the important talk happens. The room we use for the office is a bit small, especially when we have a lot of samples lying around. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. People usually call us before they come over because parking is a nightmare on this side of town. It’s just the way things are in this part of Delhi. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes the paperwork just takes time. We’ve been here long enough that the guards know us by name, which helps when we have deliveries coming in late at night.
