Ad Ocean Bakery Llp is set up in Vishnu Garden, right on the ground floor at Shop No. 3-4 in the B-1/9 block. Being on the ground floor means we are right there on the street level, so we see everyone walking by throughout the day. West Delhi is a busy place, and Vishnu Garden has its own local feel that we’ve really grown into. The shop isn't massive, but we use every inch of the space for the ovens and the display counters. You can usually smell the bread and the biscuits from a few doors down, which is probably the best thing about working here. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving flour sacks around, and the floor is almost always covered in a light dusting of flour, no matter how much we sweep. We don't have any fancy seating areas for customers; it’s more of a place where people pop in, grab what they need, and head back home. We’ve got a couple of small tables in the back where we handle the paperwork and the orders, but most of the action happens out front. It’s a simple, local business where the staff is usually busy with the dough or talking to the neighbors. We’ve been here in the 110018 area for some time now, and we’ve become a regular stop for the people living nearby. It’s a humble, noisy, and very busy little bakery.
