Om Cement

We've been running Om Cement for a while now right here on Sri Balaji Mandir Road. It might seem a bit odd to find us sharing space with Om Fancy Jewelers, but that's just how we set things up over the years. People around here know the spot. When you're building a house or just fixing a wall, you need stuff that holds up. We mostly deal with the locals and small builders who pass through. The road gets busy sometimes, especially near the temple, but we manage to get the bags loaded and sent out. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a big fancy office with chairs and AC, just the counter and the stock. My family has been around this area for years, so we know most of the faces. Sometimes people come in for jewelry and end up asking about cement prices for their new extension. It keeps things interesting. Dealing with heavy bags all day is hard work, but it’s what we do. If you're coming down this way, just look for the jeweler's sign, we're right there inside. It’s better to call ahead if you need a big load so we can make sure the truck is ready. We try to keep things moving and get people on their way. It’s not a complicated life, just selling what folks need to build their homes and keeping the books as straight as we can.
