Uma Hotel

Uma Hotel is a small place located at H. No -4-10 in Chennaraopet. It's been here for quite some time now. We aren't one of those big fancy restaurants you see in the cities. We just have a few tables and chairs and we serve what we cook fresh that day. Usually, the morning starts really early, around four or five, to get the fire going and start the preparations. Chennaraopet is a nice enough place to live and work. Most of our customers are people who live right here in the neighborhood or folks passing through on their way to work. We don't have a big menu with hundreds of items. We just do a few things and try to make sure there is enough for everyone who comes in. Sometimes we run out of stuff by the afternoon if it's been a busy day. The building is just a regular house really, nothing special to look at from the outside. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area. It gets pretty hot in there during the summer months but we are used to it by now. We don't do any advertising or anything like that. People just know the house number 4-10 and they show up when they are hungry. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out with the serving and cleaning. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night.
