Vijay Hotel

Vijay Hotel is a small place located at H. No -1-68 in Mallampally, Duggondi. We have been here for a while, and it is the kind of spot where locals come to grab a quick bite or stay for a bit. We don't have a big staff or fancy decorations. It is mostly about the food and making sure people have a seat. The morning starts very early for us because there is always prep work to do in the kitchen. We have to get the fire going and make sure the ingredients are fresh for the day. Mallampally is a quiet enough area, so we know most of the people who walk by. The address is easy to find once you are in the Duggondi area. Sometimes it gets crowded during the lunch hour and we have to move fast to keep up. It can be sweaty work in the kitchen, but seeing people enjoy the meal makes it worth the effort. We don't have a big menu with a hundred things on it. We just stick to what we know how to make well. The building itself is simple and has seen a lot of years. We try to keep it tidy and welcoming for whoever stops in. It is just a regular hotel run by regular people who care about the neighborhood. We are just happy to serve the people who come through our door every day.
