M/S Hotel Surabhi

We are M/S Hotel Surabhi, located at H.No 2-11-477 in the V-Puri area. We are on the Gopalapur Road in Hanamkonda, which is in Warangal. The pin code is 506009. We have been here for some time now. It’s a local hotel, nothing like those big chains you see in the metro cities. We have rooms and we try to keep them as clean as possible for whoever stays with us. The road outside can get a bit dusty and loud, but inside it’s usually alright. We have a small desk at the front where we check people in. We don't have a computer system for everything; we still use a lot of ledgers and paper. It’s just easier for us that way. We get travelers passing through Warangal and sometimes people staying for local weddings. We've got a few staff members who have been with us for years. We eat our meals together in the back. It’s a simple life running a hotel here. We don't have a fancy website or anything. People usually just find us when they arrive in Hanamkonda or through word of mouth. We try to make sure the water is running and the lights are on. It’s just a normal business in a normal town. We don't have a big lobby with fancy carpets. It’s just tiles that we sweep every day. Hanamkonda is a busy place, and being on Gopalapur Road means we see a lot of people. We’ve got a small area where we sit and talk to the guests.
