Shoba Hotel

You can find us at H. No -6-138 in Chennaraopet. It’s a small place, more of a local guest house and eatery than those big hotels you find in the city. We opened up Shoba Hotel a while back because there weren't many places around here where a traveler could get a decent meal and a clean room without paying too much. The building is older, but we keep it tidy. My wife handles most of the cooking in the back, and I stay out front to talk to the guests and make sure everyone is comfortable. We get a lot of regulars who stop by for lunch because they like the way we make the local dishes. It’s nothing fancy, just wooden tables and benches, but the food is always fresh. Sometimes the electricity goes out when it rains hard, and we have to light up the candles, but most of the guests don't seem to mind. They usually just sit and talk until the lights come back on. We don't have a website or any of those booking apps. People usually just hear about us from other people on the road or see the sign when they drive through Chennaraopet. It’s a quiet life here, and we like it that way. If you are ever passing through and need a break, you are welcome to sit down for a bit and have a cup of tea or some hot food while you rest.
