A P Social Welfare Residential Schools

Our school is the A P Social Welfare Residential Schools and Junior College for girls in Mahaboobabad. It’s a place that stays pretty busy from sunrise to sunset. Since the girls live here, there’s never really a quiet moment until late at night. Mahaboobabad is a unique area, and we are situated right in the middle of it. The school day starts early with everyone getting ready for classes. The teachers live nearby or on-site, so the commute isn't much of an issue for most of us. We have a lot of space for the girls to move around, which is important when you’re living in a school. The building is made of concrete and brick, and it’s seen a lot of students come and go over the years. We don’t have anything very modern or high-tech; we just have what’s necessary. There are desks, blackboards, and beds. We spend a lot of time making sure the food is decent and the environment is safe. It’s a lot of work to manage a residential school, but we just take it one day at a time. Sometimes the monkeys from the nearby trees come onto the campus, which causes a bit of a stir among the students. That’s just life here. We aren't trying to impress anyone, we’re just running a school for the local community and the girls who need it.
