Korukondakissan Vikas Producer Company Limited

We are a group of farmers from the West Gonagudem area, specifically based at 2-15 in Settibalajipeta. This company was formed because we all realized that we were facing the same problems alone. Most of us have small plots of land and it is hard to get a fair deal when you are just one person. Now we work together to buy what we need and sell what we grow. Our office is a simple room where we keep our books and meet up after the sun goes down. It is not a fancy place by any means. There are usually a few bags of grain sitting in the corner and a dusty desk. We talk about irrigation, government rules, and who has the best yield this season. We are not polished business owners. We are people who know how to plow a field and read the clouds. Sometimes we disagree on things, but that is how it goes when everyone has their own way of doing things. We just want to make sure that the kids in this village see a future in farming. It is a lot of work and the pay is not always great, but it is what we know. We are not trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just stay busy and try to keep our heads above water while looking out for each other.
