Yalamarty Colleges

This college is located at Plot No -55, Dno:1-46-1/3 in the HIG section of MVP Colony in Visakhapatnam. MVP Colony is a huge residential area, so we are surrounded by houses and small shops. The building is a multi-story structure that fits into the neighborhood pretty well. We have students coming in from all over Vizag, so the mornings are always a bit chaotic with bikes being parked and people rushing to get to their halls. The classrooms are basic with standard benches and whiteboards. We have a small office on the ground floor where all the paperwork happens. It’s usually piled high with forms and registers. We don’t have a massive sprawling campus with parks. It’s more of an urban college setup where every bit of space is used for something. During the break times, the students usually head out to the local tea stalls or sit on the steps. The weather can be quite humid being so close to the coast, so the windows stay open most of the time. We’ve been operating from this plot for a good while now. It’s a practical place for learning without any unnecessary decorations. Everything is about the lectures and the exams. We just try to keep the lights on and the schedule moving. It’s a busy life here in the colony and we are just a part of that daily grind.
