Nicmar Student

This is the Nicmar Student setup down in Hyderabad. Specifically, we’re located over in the Simhachalam.S area. It’s a busy part of the city. Being around students means there is always something going on, usually a lot of noise and people moving back and forth between classes. The building itself has been around for a while. It has that lived-in feel you get with places that see a lot of foot traffic. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here. It’s more about just having a place to sit and work. Hyderabad heat can be a bit much in the summer months, so the fans are always going. We’ve seen a lot of different faces come through these doors over time. Most people are just trying to get through their work or their studies. The local shops nearby are where everyone hangs out for lunch or a quick tea break. It’s a very grounded environment. We don’t have big signs or anything flashy. If you know where Simhachalam is, you can find us. It’s just a simple operation. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the paperwork. That’s really all there is to it. No big mystery or marketing talk. Just a bunch of people working out of this Hyderabad location. It's nothing special, but it works for us and the students.
