Visakha Events

Visakha Events is run out of House No 44-34-50/2/2 in the Akkayyapalem area of Visakhapatnam. The 530016 pin code is where we live and work, and it’s a typical neighborhood with houses and small shops all mixed together. Our office is basically part of the house, so it has a very personal and local feel to it. You won't find any big signs or fancy receptionists here. Most of the time, we are just sitting around the table looking at calendars and making lists of what we need to rent for the next local wedding or party. Akkayyapalem is a busy place, and our street is usually filled with the sounds of the city. We spend our days coordinating with different people across Vizag to make sure the chairs, lights, and stages are all in the right place at the right time. It’s a lot of manual coordination and phone calls. Sometimes we have to move furniture around just to make room for new supplies coming in. Visakha Events is a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple. People from the neighborhood often just stop by the house to ask about our availability. We don't have a polished marketing team, just our own hands and the house we work from. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of events lined up, but we’ve gotten used to the layout over the years.
