Manikanta Caterers & Events

Manikanta Caterers & Events is located at Plot No 10-3-8/3 in the Asilmetta area of Visakhapatnam. We are right opposite the Sampath Vinayaka Temple, so we hear the temple bells quite often. It’s a very busy spot in Vizag, especially during festival times when everyone comes to offer prayers. We do both catering and event planning, which means we are usually juggling two different types of work at the same time. One minute we are talking about menus and ingredients, and the next we are discussing stage decorations. It’s a lot to keep track of, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. The office is right there in Asilmetta, and we do a lot of our prep work nearby. Visakhapatnam is a great city to work in, even if the humidity makes everything a bit sticky in the summer. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just show people what we can do and let them decide. Most of our work comes from people who have seen us at other events around town. It is a family-style business in many ways, with everyone chipping in when things get busy. We spend most of our nights at venues making sure the food is hot and the decor is straight. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do, so we just keep going.
