Our place is located in Ganesh Colony, right in the Srinivas Nagar area of Simhachalam. It is a well-known part of Visakhapatnam. The campus is usually full of noise from students running between the different buildings. We have been here for quite some time now. The buildings have that lived-in look, with old posters on the walls and labs filled with a mix of old and new computers. It is a busy atmosphere every single day. You can hear the hum of the fans in the classrooms trying to beat the Vizag heat. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day chaos that comes with having a lot of people in one spot. The staff room is always a mess of books and half-empty tea cups. We don’t really care for the corporate look at all. We prefer things to be functional and easy to use. The students come from all over the region, and they bring a lot of energy to the place. Sometimes it is exhausting, but it is never a boring day. We often walk to the local shops for lunch or a quick snack. There is a good little spot nearby that sells hot tea and biscuits. We know the shopkeepers and they know us by name. The hill at Simhachalam is always there in the background, which is a nice view when you need a break from looking at a screen.
